Though it is a modest operation open just 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays, the shelves display an inviting range of baked goods, from savoury table loaves to sweet snacks.

Breads here are sold individually wrapped, making them easy to pick up as you browse. The lineup features easygoing options such as meal-friendly focaccia, twisted red bean bread, and cube-shaped anpan. Selections also rotate with the seasons, offering something slightly different with each visit.

Beyond bread, baked sweets are well represented. Popular choices include generously sized, chunky cookies and rusks that highlight the straightforward sweetness of flour and butter. Options range from treats for an afternoon pause to takeaway gifts, including humming-bird cupcakes paired with fragrant herbs and banana cream that go well with coffee, Basque cheesecakes made to order, and assorted baked gift boxes.

All items are packaged for takeout, and payment is cash only. Tucked upstairs like a little hideaway, it makes a pleasant stop while out walking the neighborhood on a Tuesday or Saturday.
